PRODUCT INFO

This is an 8 week strength building program rooted in progressive overload and focusing on maximizing big lifts. You can use it over and over again as you get stronger and just adjust your weight. Once purchased, the program will be automatically emailed to you. Please, don’t send it to everyone you know. I worked hard to create this for you guys and it took a lot of time and effort to put together. I hope you guys enjoy it. 

anything you see in the workouts that says “working up to” means to do warm up sets until you get to your actual working weight. For example if you have a 3X5 and your working weight is 215, I would start around 150 and do 3X5 until I reach 215. Ideally, I usually do 1-2X8-10 of each weight before moving up. But the choice is yours. Super sets are meant to be done without rest in between the two exercises. I did not list any rest periods, listen to your body. For heavy lifts I usually take a 2-3 minute rest. Anything else maybe 1-2 minutes.
